Collage - Pullman Jakarta

Hi people! 

This time, my owner were invited to a buffet dining at Collage, Pullman Hotel Jakarta. Pullman Hotel had just opened their first hotel ini Jakarta (they have one in Bali). Located at Central Park, this hotel has direct access to Central Park Mall. 

So bad my owners came late because one of them was in a big matter. Please don't ask what's that. Oh no. Stop asking. I said don't ask! ;)

Back to Collage. Collage is an all-day dining at Pullman. Ssssttt. They also had a bar named Bunk. 

Collage provides many kind of foods, they had some blocks of stall. One block for Indian, one block for Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, etc. All the menu change everyday but still sticks to theme of each block. Each blocks had some chefs cooking, and we could watch them making food. 

The foods was average. I mean, what do you expect from an international buffet? The main point of being international food buffet is provide food as much as you can. Not to make something that would become their signature. Well, even it would be better if they had one. But who cares? As long as the food wasn't bad, they're good. 

The place was so comfy, and they also had outdoor seat too. The interior design still sticks with the whole building design, which very similar to art gallery. So bold and different with another five stars hotels. And FYI, I love love love the concept and design of the whole interior. (as much as i saw)

Overall, I enjoyed the dishes. They were good. I saw sushi, sashimi, curry, dimsum, pasta, etc. The also provide cocktails and mocktails if you ask. I heard the price is about 190,000++ IDR/person during weekdays, and 228.000 IDR++/person for weekend. (exclude beverage) 

If you asked about it is worth the price or not, maybe it will come back to you. How much can you eat?  ;)

You have to see their desserts stall! So drooling. 

By the way, most of the photos below are desserts. Yeah, I love dessert. But it doesn't mean I didn't eat the maincourse. It's just I haven't upload the other photos, because they're still in another camera. I will upload them soon. Promise. ;)

Colorful Macaroons. They had different flavor for each color. Yum!

 

Croissant Pudding. Yeah, it's not bread pudding. It's Croissant Pudding. Extremely yummy!!! And i'm craving for this now. Somebody please bring me one! 

Foie Gras Cream Brulee. - Well, I'm not a fan of foie gras. Don't ask me. ;p

Cold misoba. slurp!

one day i was at menteng. and i found this little marvelous place.

what do they serve? dutch meals. =)

the place is quiet small and neat but they have a great ambiance. so dutchy. hihi.

many fake tulips there. oh i love flowery thingy.

as the place is good, of course i didn't forget to order some food. haha.

for the appetizer i choose beef pizza (22K). yes it is so tiny.haha. only consists of 4 little pieces, so thin yet yummy.

it's only cheese,beef, and tomato sauce as the topping. but the thin crust is do damn good. :D

and the nest is Zuppa Soup (26K).

the butter soup is pretty nice. soft and savory.

this is my favorite. Stamppot Met Wurst (31K).

it's large sausage served with mashed potato and the BBQ sauce. slurpp. =9

this is Hutspot (31K). it's shredded beef put in mashed potato's side and flushed with cream sauce. yummy oh yummy. this is their specialty too.

aha! don't forget their specialty beverage, dutch cola (13K). i thought it's just common cola. but i was wrong. it's cola mixed with lychee syrup. slurppp.

and for i am choco lover, this is Chocolate Float (14K).

choco milk with light choco ice cream on it. no, i didn't feel queasy anyway. it's light.

and i also try orange float (14K). orange juice with vanilla ice cream on it. yes this one is a bit heavier than the choco one.

i think this place is very great for it's meals are affordable yet yummy and nice ambiance. moreover the waiters are so kind. =)

Pizza Boutique

as I was craving for pizza,so today i went to Pizza Boutique.

sorry i forgot again to take picture of the place.hehehe. ;p

first i saw this pizza, it looks delicious. so i ordered one. yeah, this is BBQ pizza (58K).

and u know what? it is SO YUMMY!

very recommended. =)

dagingnya berasa, mozzarella cheese nya jg berasa, dan BBQ sauce nya jg berasa.

and then, i confuse, which one i want again, akhirnya pilihan jatuh kepada:

TABASCO! (58K) yeah. namanya mirip sama merek sambel.hahaha.

the look is gorgous, isn't it? warna warni gitu.

the toppings are paprika, olive fruit, jalapeno, mozzarella , beef, etc. (i forget.hehe)

the taste is hot & sour. for me, it's kinda weird. pizza yg rasanya pedes dan asem,tp keju.

i need something sweet (just like me.hahaha). i found these two are interesting.

this is mudhoney (35K-small size). thin crust pizza with black and white choco on the top = HEAVEN! sweet and crunchy.=)

karna cm small size, isinya cm 4 potong.hihi

i asked the waitress about one of their best sellers, she answered "Eskimo Joe" (55K-reg size).

funny name!hihi. it is thin crust pizza with raspberry and melting cookies and vanilla ice cream on the top. What a super duper yummy dessert! :D

actually you may choose the ice cream's flavor. but they just have two kinds of flavors : vanilla and green tea. bisa jg mau yg ukuran kecilnya kalo mau, harganya sama ky yg mudhoney.
